To add a workflow to a Space Blueprint:

  • go to Global Workflow Templates on the Confluence Admin panel

  • add the Space category to the workflow you want to attach to that Space. Every time you create a space

  • with that category, the workflow is

  • Now when you create a space with Team Blueprint, the Editor and staff approval workflow will be attached to this space

‡ If you change the category once the space is created, the workflow will not apply. The category needs to be added in the blueprint definition.

The following will show an "Examples" category listed in the space directory with all the spaces created with our example space blueprint.
