Getting started with Canvas Lists

How can I use lists?

Once you have installed Comala Canvas, you can use lists to:

  • create your own lists to categorize, manage and review your pages and labels
  • add checklists to individual pages
  • customize an existing checklist

What is a list?

A list presents page properties in a table format. Use a list to quickly add or remove properties associated with all Space pages.

Add a list to a page

To add a list to a page:

  1. Insert an Ad hoc List into the page editor.

    Insert in the page editor.

    Use the Canvas List macro.

  2. Select Edit list, if required.

    A list cannot be edited at a later date if the Edit list box is not checked when you create the list.

  3. Click Insert.
  4. Save the page editor to work with the list on your page.
