Overview
Notifications are essential for alerting content producers when there are tasks, assignments and other workflow related events.
This tab allows you to customise the Space level notification settings which apply to all workflows used in the space (in both Page Mode and Space Mode).
The default settings are defined at Global level by a Confluence Admin, but Space Admins can override them at the Space level.
Settings
For most use cases, the notifications should be set to Default, which will use the Global settings defined in Notifications - Global.
If you are using customised notifications, usually via the {send-email}
macro, this would potentially cause duplicate emails for the same events in which case it would be wise to disable the default notifications.
