Screen Location: Confluence Administration → Workflows section → Notifications
Overview
This tab allows you to set the Global default settings for workflow notifications.
Note: These settings can be overridden at Space Level, on a space-by-space basis via Notifications - Space Tools.
Settings
For most use cases, the notifications should be Enabled.
However, if you are using customised notifications, usually via the {send-email}
macro, this would potentially cause duplicate emails for the same events in which case it would be wise to disable the default notifications.
