Overview
Comala Workflows integrates with the native Confluence PDF export at space-level:
- For pages with no workflow, the latest version will be exported
- For pages with a workflow that doesn't define a Published state, the latest version will be exported
- For pages with a workflow that uses Same-space publishing (one that contains a state with
final=true), only the latest Published state pages will be exported- There is no way to publish Draft state content at the Space level (without using third-party apps, listed below)
The space-level XML and HTML exports are unaffected, and will publish the latest version of content regardless of state.
