You can create your own list to help you manage, categorize, and review your Confluence content. 

  • Checklists: Create a list with Label Checkmark columns to use checklists for existing Space contents.
  • Requirements: Build a project-requirements list by choosing the bundled Requirements List and customize it to your project.
  • Labels: Control the use of labels in a Confluence space by bulk-renaming or bulk-deleting existing labels.

To begin, insert an empty list into a page, then:

  1. Add or delete columns
  2. Set list filters  
  3. Set list filters
  4. Edit markup
