The tasks report is used to display lists of tasks and associated information. It's great for keeping track of workflow tasks across multiple spaces.
This is one of several reports available from the Workflow Report Macro.
Anyone can view this report. It will only list tasks that the user has access to.
Adding the report
To add the report to a page:
- In the editor, choose Insert → Other Macros → Reporting → Workflow Report
- Set the Type setting to tasks
- Choose Insert
Here's how the macro looks on your page:
Filtering the report
You can filter the report by Assignee or Tasks by using the links at the top of the report.
You can also sort the table by clicking the column headings.
Customising the report
You can customise the report with the following macro settings:

Should the report be filtered by content label(s)?
If using a list of labels, you can prefix the list with
|Parent Page Filter|
Should the report be filtered to a specific parent page and the child pages of the specific page?
Which column of the report should results be sorted by?

|† The macro has a 500-page limit for each report. If a larger report is required it may be useful to use the CQL REST API.|
