The stats report is used to summarise workflow state statistics in a space. It's great for seeing how many pages are in a specific workflow state.

This is one of several reports available from the Workflow Report Macro.


The report is available to all users.

Adding the report

To add the report to a page:

  1. In the editor, choose Insert → Other Macros → Reporting → Workflow Report
  2. Set the Type setting to stats
  3. Choose Insert

Customizing the report

There are no other settings applicable to this report.

Why are old states shown?

If the table shows states from old workflows that are no longer used, purging the space trash should solve the problem (deleted pages in the trash retain their workflow information).
