Page Tools Menu

Overview

The page tools menu can be accessed from any page or blog post by clicking the ellipsis menu button ( in the top-right corner of the screen).

The following Comala Document Management related options may be available

Use this option to add a workflow to an individual page or blog post.

This option will only be available when

• there is no space mode workflow enabled

Show workflow

Use this option to view details of the current workflow applied to the page.

This option will only be available when there is an added workflow on the page (either a space workflow or a page workflow)

Remove Page Workflow

Use this option to remove the current page workflow.

This option will only available when

• there is no space mode workflow enabled
• a page workflow is active on the content

Workflow History

Use this option to view the history of the Comala Document Management workflow activity for the current page.

This option will only be available when there is an added workflow on the page (either a space workflow or a page workflow)

The workflow history is displayed.

Manage Workflow Parameters

Use this option to update the values of workflow parameters in the workflow.

This option will only be available when

• there is no space mode workflow enabled
• if the Content Expiry Workflow,  the Quality Management Systems Workflow or a custom workflow with workflow parameters is added to the page

Choose Manage Workflow Parameters to edit the values for the current workflow

From page tools you can also choose to export in pdf or word - these exports will respect draft versus published state restrictions.

When exporting content in a draft state, the state name will be displayed under the page title in the exported file.

In addition a simple page workflow guide is available for new users from page tools when adding a page workflow and on-boarding for the app is enabled.
